Adult Ministries
The Presbyterian Church at New Providence is a community of committed Christ Followers who are inwardly strong and outwardly focused. It is our desire to build one another up in our relationship with God through Jesus Christ, and to help introduce Christ to those around us.If you would like to know more about some of the ways that we carry this out contact Ian Rankine, Associate Pastor for Adult Ministries
GROUPS AT PCNP
The Christian life is many faceted, and in the Group Life at PCNP we attempt to reflect that. There are many groups for different stages of life, special interests, study, service and fellowship.

Small Groups
God designed us to be in relationship, with Him and with one another. Small groups are the way that we encourage one another at PCNP to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. A disciple is someone who is committed to Jesus Christ and wants to become more and more like Him.
Joining a small group provides the encouragement, challenge and care that every Christian needs. The small groups at PCNP are varied. Each group has a slightly different empahsis, but there are 5 common threads in each group: Worship, Fellowship, Study and Service. Every group is designed to build community and connect followers of Christ to one another and to God. Many Small Groups meet in people’s homes every day of the week, including Sundays. Click on the small group icon above to see a brochure which lists small groups available by time and location.

Growing as Christians
When someone becomes a Christian it is not an ending, rather it is a beginning. God calls us to continue to grow closer to one another and to Him. He also calls us to become more like Him.There are many resources to help you to grow as a Christian. Here is one that we would recommend as a starting point: NOW THAT I’M A CHRISTIAN
